General servicing
9-point sheet- Remove and clean filters.
- Check fan wheels / blades are clean and balanced.
- Check drain pans are clean and drain flows freely.
- Check all electrical components of the unit.
- Check indoor and outdoor coils.
- Check pipe and drain insulation.
- Check correct operating pressures and temps.
- Check isolator.
- Check all covers.
Strip & Clean
- Strip down unit.
- Remove parts and carry out high pressure cleaning with solution.
- Re-assemble unit.
- Strip and cleaning is great for units with mould / dirt build up.
